1. Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return/exchange requests are processed within 3–5 working days.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp or DM us on Instagram/Facebook within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
2. Delivery Charges

Non-refundable: Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Our responsibility: If the mistake is on SHESWEAR’s side (wrong size, defective item, or incorrect product), we will cover all delivery charges.

Customer responsibility: If the issue is from the customer’s side (wrong size ordered by mistake, change of mind), the customer will bear the delivery charges.
3. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

SHESWEAR reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected misuse.
4. Product Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
