Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Returns and exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days.

🚚 Delivery Charges:

If the mistake is from our side (wrong size, product defect, or incorrect item), SHESWEAR covers all delivery costs.

If the issue is from the customer’s side (wrong size ordered, change of mind), the customer will bear delivery charges.

Original order delivery charges are non-refundable.
